An excellent example of the United States 5¢ Cigar, with the inside label showing the US flag, eagles, and a young lady "La Belle Creole" cigar factory in New Orleans. The inside label is complete, with some areas of loss to the outside edges and a little bit of staining. The label on the front shows signs of wear and remnants of the original tax stamp, but is also complete with slight staining as well as the drop-front label. The box has identification on each end for the United States Cigar Company as well as the top lid. A great example of a very, very early cigar box in very presentable condition.
