A beautiful and seldom seen self-frame tin lithograph sign for El Macco cigars. The center image shows a young lady with a box of cigars sitting on the edge of the seat with a debonair gentleman getting ready to smoke his cigar. Shows some small areas of scuffs to the extreme outside self-frame, primarily in the upper left-hand corner and the lower left-hand corner. There are two original paper labels applied to the sign. One is 100% complete, where it states that the sign was from East St. Louis, Illinois; the other label is about 50% complete. The interior image shows one very faint surface scratch under the gentleman's left shoe. Otherwise, it is untouched and in remarkable color and shine.
