This countertop advertising cigar lighter was made by the Universal Products Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It has a reverse glass piece of advertising in the front, which shines bright when lit. There is a cigar lighter positioned at the top of the advertising, and when plugged in, the patron would push the lever at the bottom, then the cigar lighter would heat up and one would be able to light their cigar. CONDITION: There is fading to the La Sebana Fine Cigars advertising portion, although it is complete. The unit itself shows oxidation and areas of rust. There is 90% of a partial decal, which shows the Universal Products logo.
