SOLID BRONZE CAST MATCH HOLDER IN THE FORM OF AN ANVIL

This is a phenomenal match holder in the shape of an anvil, with insert strike pad. No maker noted, but it is solid brass casting and is quite heavy. CONDITION: The anvil shows areas of patina loss, primarily to the edges. It has a dark, rich aged finish, probably from being oiled. Quite a unique form for a match holder.

Condition: (Very Good)
