Circa 2002 per AC date code. Shoe lump barrels fit with a brass tipped blade front sight on a smooth island, fixed standing square notch rear sight on quarter rib with machine cut matting, and turn off scope mounts. Left side of barrel with Krieghoff warning. Underside with caliber esignation, Krieghoff proof, "GERMANY" export mark, nitro proofs, AC date code, and Ulm antler proof. Underside of tubes with nitro proofs, "Y" and "A02239". Sling eye on underside of rid. Scope mounts with a Schmidt & Bender 1.1-4x24 Zenith scope with an illuminated SFP FD-9 reticle. Walnut forearm with slightly schnabeled tip and a Deely latch release, with point pattern checkering about the release. Boxlock action with AF date code for 2005 (not uncommon on Krieghoffs), Ulm nitro proof, and Krieghoff international import mark. Exterior with minimalist acanthus scrollwork and engraving. Double triggers protected by a short tang trigger guard. Pistol grip stock with two panels of point pattern checkering about the wrist, side panels, a gentle palm swell on right side, beaded cheekpiece, soft rubber recoil pad, and sling eye on stud at toe line. CONDITION: Very good, with some scattered handling marks to the barrels, some silvering, with some surface spotting over right tube. Some oxidation at lump on left side. Forearm with a stable crack on left side, near fang, and some scattered impressions. Action excellent. Stock excellent with some handling marks and impressions from the field. Mechanically fine, bore excellent with strong, bright rifling,. Scope with some handling marks that are silvering, but is crisp and clear; illumination works.
