GEORGE STAPH CARVED EAGLE WALL PLAQUE.Circa 1900 Lancaster & Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Of typical form, nicely carved display eagle in the classic Staph manner. Weathered original gilt over gesso base with old red details of later vintage. SIZE: 30" l. CONDITION: Old glue repaired horizontal break on proper right wing. Not visible from front.
