ORIGINAL OLD WOOD FISH WEATHERVANE FROM THE SOUTH WOLFBORO MEETING HOUSE, WOLFBORO, NEW HAMPSHIRE.Wood fish carved from single plank appears to be oak or chestnut. Sheet steel fins. Tail has metal reinforced top and bottom edge. Approximately 20-30% of painted surface is worn off on fish and still is on fins. Large carved wood ball on both top and bottom. Large directionals are attached to 12′ rod. SIZE: 56″l. CONDITION: Structurally good. 49421-40 WAG (1,500-2,500)
