AESTHETIC MOVEMENT URN WITH CLASSICAL GILT METAL MOUNTS.Late 19th Century Continental. Large urn, probably silver plated, with cast and carved gilt metal mounted decorations. A stalking dragon at the neck, child fishing from a floral knoll, butterfly overhead along with birds on floral branch and a lizard on the foot rim all nicely executed. SIZE: 25" h. CONDITION: Structurally good. Vase needs tightening, cast decorations intact, plated surface worn away. 49331-17 HMG (1,500-2,000)
