Galle vase has clear glass, vertically-ribbed body. The center scene of mill alongside a tree-surrounded stream is done en grisaille. Vase is further decorated with brightly colored small flowers with gilt stems on each side and single enameled butterfly on backside. Vase is finished with gilt scroll border around lip.
