KPM oval porcelain plaque has portrait of young woman with red hat and jeweled chain hanging from hat. Woman is wearing white frock with gold necklace and bracelet. Signed on backside with impressed scepter mark "KPM 3H" also retains paper tag numbered "451". Plaque is housed in oval frame with gilt finish. SIZE: Plaque 5-1/8" x 6-3/4".
