TWO AUSTRIAN ART GLASS VASES. N/A 1) Austrian vase has bulbous body and cylindrical neck. The vase has a rich purple iridescent finish with subtle green highlights. It is further decorated with metal flowers, stems and leaves climbing from the foot to the neck. Marked on the underside of the metal "Vanhauten". 2) Austrian vase has a bulbous body, cylindrical neck, and flaring ruffled rim. It is finished with a gold iridescent all over oil spot type of finish that shows nice pink and green highlights. Unsigned. SIZE: 1) 7" t x 9" dia. 2) 7" t. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved North Carolina estate. CONDITION: Both are very good to excellent. 52746-10 DAB (1,000-1,500)
