WEBB ROCK CRYSTAL CURIO CAMEO EPERGNE ATTR TO FRITSCHE. WEBB Rock crystal glass and curio cameo epergne is decorated with padded ruby red fish with carved details on the center bud vase, mounted with plated metal ball on a rock crystal glass center bowl. The bowl is decorated with carved waves and fish head designs with ruby red on the rim near the mounting, the bud vase background carved with additional wave design. Unsigned. Vases with similar decoration and technique illustrated in the book English Cameo Glass by Ray and Lee Grover, pgs.124,132 and 392. SIZE: 10-1/2" t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with a shallow flake at the joint where vase mounts to bowl, concealed when in place. 52815-20 MEF (5,000-9,000)
