ENGLISH CAMEO BISCUIT JAR. WEBB Biscuit jar has bulbous body with wheel carved white cameo flowers, stems and leaves. All against a citrine background. The jar is complete with a silver plated collar, handle and lid. Unsigned. Lid has a hallmark of cupid with drawn bow within a shield and "6109". SIZE: 6" dia x 8" t to top of handle. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved San Diego, CA collection. CONDITION: Finial and lid have wear to silver plating, otherwise very good to excellent. 52757-27 DAB (1,000-1,500)
