HANDEL REVERSE PAINTED TABLE LAMP.HANDEL6396Handel table lamp has reverse painted decoration of red flowers and green leaves surrounding the rim of the shade. The exterior of the shade is further decorated with brown vines as well as outlines of flower details all set against a pastel yellow background, finished in chipped ice. Shade rests on a simple Handel base with ribbed foot and stem leading to a 2-socket cluster and fleur-de-lis cap. Base is finished in rich brown. Unsigned. Shade is signed on the inside rim "Handel 6396" along with artist initials "J.M." SIZE: Shade 14" dia. Lamp 20-1/2" t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent, there are 3 or 4 miniscule flea bites to the bottom rim of the shade nearly undetectable. Base is very good to excellent with some minor wear and blistering to finish. 52760-5 DAB (800-1,200)
