HANDEL 6688 TABLE LAMP HANDEL TABLE LAMP 6688 Handel table lamp has reverse painted domed shade with clusters of red, pink, violet, and white flowers rising from the bottom of the shade with two brightly colored butterflies flying above the flowers, all set against a mottled blue, green, and yellow background. The exterior of the shade is finished in chipped ice. The shade rests on an original Handel base with a round stepped foot supporting an urn shaped body with a geometric band surrounding the shoulder with four evenly spaced square floral medallions on the band. The stem supports a three socket cluster and fleur de lis cap. Shade is signed on interior rim "Handel 6688". Base is signed on the underside "Handel". SIZE: Shade 17-7/8" dia. Lamp 24-1/4" t. CONDITION: Shade has minor roughness on bottom edge, otherwise good. Base is very good with some minor wear and blistering to the finish. 52636-2 DAB (6,500-8,000)
